Lori Hoy

A tribally enrolled member of the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma. Lori Hoy is a seasoned construction professional with decades of experience spanning refinery maintenance, pipeline projects, road resurfacing, and residential building. She co-owned a woman-/minority-owned electrical construction firm and holds master licenses in electrical and mechanical/HVAC. Passionate about learning, she helps others achieve their best life through dedication and faith.

Brandi Liberty, an enrolled member of the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska and a descendant of the United Houma Nation, is the CEO of The Luak Group. With over 16 years of experience, she the top grant writer in Indian Country, securing over $135 million in federal and state grants. Her expertise spans tribal housing, economic development, grant management, and strategic planning. She is a published author, columnist for Verite News, and a dedicated advocate for Indigenous representation in business and fashion. Brandi also serves as Treasurer for the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center and Vice President of Research Wild.
